Standard products

You can register a return within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back to us.

How to register a return?

Our return address is: Flyscreenmaxx, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom Within 5 days of receiving your product, the amount of your purchase will be refunded. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

What should I pay attention to?

You’re only responsible for any loss in value if you’ve used the goods more than necessary to decide whether to keep them. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there was an error on our part.

Custom products

Did you order a custom product? According to legislation, it generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, as it is specially made for you.
However... we understand that there may sometimes be an error in measurement. That is why we have a special exchange service for these specific cases. You can learn more about this on this page.

Custom products enter production 5 hours after the order is placed. Changes to the dimensions can sometimes still be made, but we ask that you inform us of these modifications within 24 hours of the order.
