We understand: measuring is knowing, but everyone can make a mistake. Although we have provided very simple measuring instructions, you may have simply noted a figure incorrectly. No worries! With our unique exchange service, we will quickly help you find a suitable solution. Read below how it works.

Measured width incorrectly?

  My screen needs to be wider

Is the screen too small in width and does it need to be wider? In that case, you can simply order new profiles for the width. This is possible when the new profiles need to be max. 20 cm wider. Otherwise, the mesh will be too short for the new profiles.

We charge £29 for the delivery of new profiles, including shipping costs. 

 

   My screen needs to be shorter

If the screen is too wide and needs to be shorter, you can shorten the width profiles yourself. If you prefer not to do this yourself, you can send the width profiles to us, and we will shorten them for you free of charge.

Measured height incorrectly?

Unfortunately, screens that have been incorrectly measured in height can no longer be adjusted. But we are here to help you. We offer you the opportunity to return your current screen and to order a new screen with the correct dimensions for only 35% of the price. That means 65% discount on a new screen – a soft landing with a measuring mistake!
