We understand: measuring is knowing, but mistakes can happen. Although we have created very simple measuring instructions, you may have accidentally written down an incorrect number. No worries! With our exchange service, we will always help you find a suitable solution. Read below how it works.
My screen needs to be larger
Screens that need to be enlarged will be extended by us. Depending on the type of screen, we will send new, longer profiles free of charge or ask you to return the product for adjustment. To ensure quality and prevent misuse, the free guarantee applies to enlargements of up to 10 cm maximum. For larger deviations, an additional fee may apply.
My screen needs to be smaller
Screens that need to be shortened will be adjusted by us free of charge to any desired size.
For exchanging your screen, transport costs are at your own expense. You have two options:
Drop-off: You can deliver the screen free of charge to our warehouse in Woerden or send it to us using a courier service of your choice.
Pickup service: We can arrange a collection via our carrier (costs on request).
For shipping the adjusted or new screen back to you, we apply our standard UPS rates:
As described above, depending on the situation we will shorten the profiles, replace them or exchange the entire product with a discount.
If the fly screen needs to be exchanged for a new one, the product must be returned to us.
Your new profiles or fly screen will be delivered based on the new dimensions you provided.
