How do I measure my windows or doors myself?
We have created simple measuring instructions for our customers. With these, you can measure your windows or doors in just a few minutes. Each product page contains an expandable section with the measuring instructions for that specific product.
I want to cancel my order
Custom-made products go into production 5 hours after the order is placed. Once the order is in production, it cannot be canceled. In some cases, changes can still be made to the product. Please contact us within 24 hours.
I want to return my order
You can register a return within 14 days after receiving your product. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back.
Refund
Once we receive your return, we will ensure that you get your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used.
Conditions
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging when returned.
- The return shipping costs are at your expense unless we made a mistake.
Custom-made products
Ordered a custom-made product? Normally, these cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you.
However, we understand that measuring errors can happen. That's why we offer an exchange service: we create a new product based on your corrected measurements at a 65% discount on the new product's price. We try to accommodate you as much as possible! What is the warranty period for your products?
Quality is our priority. That’s why we offer a standard 3-year warranty on all our screens and window decorations. This warranty covers the functionality of the product, including the components and profiles.
It’s important to know that this warranty applies to manufacturing defects and faults that affect the product’s functionality. Normal wear and tear from use, where the product still functions correctly, is not covered under the warranty.
