    1. The entrepreneur has a well-established complaint procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this procedure.
    2. Complaints regarding the execution of the contract must be submitted to the entrepreneur in full and clear terms within 2 months after the consumer has noticed the defects.
    3. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will receive a response within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the entrepreneur will inform the consumer within 14 days of receipt, providing an estimate of the response time.
    4. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute may arise that can be submitted to a dispute resolution procedure.
    5. In the event of a dispute, the consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If the online shop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and the complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer must contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will act as a mediator free of charge.
    6. A complaint does not suspend the obligations of the entrepreneur, unless otherwise stated in writing by them.
