Step 1: Install the mounting brackets
The mounting brackets can be installed in two different ways. For inside recess (inside mount) or ceiling installation, fasten the screws as shown on the left side of the image above. For face fixing on the window frame (outside mount) or wall mounting, fasten the screws as shown on the right side.

Step 2: Click the pleated blind into place
Slide the top profile of the pleated blind into the mounting brackets. The brackets are fitted with a small spring mechanism, allowing the blind to slide in and securely click into place.

The image shows the pleated blind with cord operation, but the cordless version is installed in exactly the same way.

Step 3: Install the child safety cord cleat (only for pleated blinds with cord operation)
After installing the pleated blind, the supplied cord cleat must be securely mounted to the wall or window frame.

1. Secure the cord cleat to a solid surface using the supplied screw.
2. Install the cord cleat as high as possible, preferably at least 160 cm (63 in) above the floor.
3. Pull the operating cord tight and wrap the excess cord several times around the cord cleat.
4. Make sure that no loose loops or hanging cords are within reach of young children.

Important: After each use, check that the operating cord is tightly wrapped around the cord cleat.
