Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Make sure the blind is returned / brought back in its original condition, without damage. If you send it using a delivery service, make sure it is packed and protected properly in the box to prevent damage during transport. Also always include your order number in the box.

Shipping costs for exchanging

For shipping a new product, we charge the following rates.

• € 9.95 for packages up to 100 cm
• € 19.95 for packages up to 200 cm
• € 24.95 for packages up to 250 cm
• For packages over 250 cm, UPS surcharges apply due to oversized shipments.
